In order to open Sharekhan account offline you can visit any nearest branch office or any of their sub-brokers office. Alternatively you can call them and ask for a sales advisor to visit your place.
Fill up all the details asked for in the application form, attach copies of address, identity along with your passport sized photo. Make sure the mandatory documents are self-attested.
Put in your signature at the marked places. Next, an agreement with your broker needs to be signed which would state your responsibilities as a trader.
Attach a cheque favouring Sharekhan Ltd with this application. Complete application form along with valid KYC documents should then be submitted either to the nearest branch office or any sub-brokers office.
Filled up application form can also be send to their office address. A pickup can also be arranged.

The paperless process is relatively easy, convenient and hassle free. But the prerequisite is that your Aadhaar should be linked with your mobile number in order to open online Sharekhan account.
Online account opening happens in just 4 easy steps.
Step 1 Visit official website of Sharekhan and click on Open an Account tab on the top right corner or alternatively click this link https://www.sharekhan.com/open-an-account/beginner-first-step and provide your name, email id, mobile number and city and PIN code to sign up.
You will be taken to next page where you can put in friends contact details in order to refer them Sharekhans trading platform.
Step 2 You will next receive a call from Sharekhan representative who then will send across eKYC link to your email id. Fill up the eKYC form with details such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank name, branch and IFSC.
Step 3 Next fill up your personal details such as DOB, Place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality etc, along with your address and contact details. Next you have to upload scanned copy of all mandatory documents along with a cancelled cheque.
Make sure to upload a passport photo of the applicant also.
Step 4 On submission of the application form online, you will receive a call from Sharekhan representative, who would verify the documents. After due approval you will receive login details in your registered email id.
Next you are ready to trade online with your newly opened account with Sharekhan.
